CerebroChain

Platform overview

One console for the warehouse, the freight, and the answers.

CerebroChain is built around eight operational hubs that map directly to the work an operations team does every shift. The Cerebrix AI capability sits on every page — collapsed by default, opened on demand. The bot marketplace is a power-user switch, hidden from your team until you activate it.

The eight operational hubs

Each hub is built to be the right thing to look at when an operator opens that route. No vanity dashboards, no tile wallpaper, no stoplight color theatre.

Hub 01

Inbox

The front door. Exceptions, approvals, alerts, mentions — grouped by category, ranked by SLA breach risk, click into a drawer with the full record. Cerebrix can resolve a third of the queue in one click; you approve before anything writes.

Hub 02

Inventory

Master list of every SKU, every level, every ABC bucket, every cycle count. Bulk operations across selections, virtualized table that scrolls 20k rows without lag, and a one-click drill from any row into the full audit trail.

Hub 03

Inbound

ASN intake → receiving → putaway → quality → returns. The receiver shell is offline-first, voice + scanner native, and survives bad warehouse Wi-Fi. AI-suggested putaway slots ground the move; you confirm.

Hub 04

Outbound

Wave planning → picking → packing → shipping → manifests. The picker shell shares state with desktop through the same offline cache. Voice picking is a browser-native capability, not a bolt-on add-on.

Hub 05

Fleet

Vehicles, drivers, maintenance windows. Real-time vehicle status from the same WebSocket the dispatch board reads. Drivers see their next stop in the mobile shell; ops see the fleet on a map.

Hub 06

Routes

Planning → dispatch → tracking → last-mile → exceptions → carriers. Solver compresses dispatch waves; HOS windows are respected; exceptions land in the inbox before the delivery slips. Carrier scorecards keep you honest.

Hub 07

Warehouse

2D floor plan with heatmap, drone-captured 3D twin, slotting AI suggestions, dock schedule calendar. The 3D twin is a differentiator — your warehouse, in 3D, in your browser, no installs.

Hub 08

Reports

Preset templates with toggleable widgets, the canonical 15-KPI catalog with daily/weekly/monthly buckets, demand + inventory + revenue forecasts with confidence bands, audit log, scheduled exports with smart-merge spreadsheet upload.

Cerebrix — the AI capability

Cerebrix is the AI layer that sits on every operational page and a dedicated /cerebrix conversational surface. It's a capability, not the centerpiece. New tenants land on the Inbox, not on a chatbot.

On every page — collapsed default

A slim "Ask Cerebrix about this view" trigger sits above every operational list. Click it to expand; Cerebrix grounds its suggestions in what's on screen — the inbox row, the forecast curve, the slotting heat-map. Power users flip Settings → Preferences → AI suggestions expanded and never collapse it again.

Approval-gated mutations

Every Cerebrix tool call lands as a proposal: rationale, payload preview, "Approve" + "Skip" buttons. The mutation doesn't fire until the operator confirms. Every approval is recorded in the audit log with the originating Cerebrix thread linked.

The /cerebrix surface

One conversational thread per user, searchable + persistent. Today's queue panel surfaces scheduled tasks Cerebrix can run (daily digest, weekly review, scheduled reports). Document analysis drop-target ingests PDFs, BOLs, and ASN files and proposes structured actions.

Onboarding — opt-in, not forced

Phase 2.5 reverses the forced auto-mount. New tenants land on the Inbox with a single dismissable banner offering a Cerebrix walk-through. Skip it and you land on the first-time checklist in Settings — Connect your warehouse, Add your first SKU, Invite a teammate, Set up notifications.

Bot marketplace — opt-in, paid in account credits

The marketplace is an opt-in surface. Default tenants don't see it on the nav until they switch it on in tenant settings — your team gets a clean WMS, nothing extra to think about.

Vetted bot catalog

Optimization, forecasting, compliance, integration, analytics, autonomous. Each bot is a packaged capability with a price-per-run, a vendor, a rating, and a capability list. Premium-tier subscription mechanics live alongside the cards (tier badge), not on a separate page.

Account credits ledger

Every bot invocation posts to the ledger with verb, counterpart, signed amount, and running balance. Top up in USD with a card. 7-day burn-rate stat helps operators spot bots running hotter than expected.

My bots — pause and configure

Activated bots show status (active / paused / idle / error), tier, lifetime credit spend, and last-seen timestamp. Pause to stop billing; resume when ready. Per-bot config opens in a drawer.

Earnings — when your bots earn from other tenants

Tenants who run bots that other tenants pay to use see earnings in the same ledger model — bot, counterpart, amount, balance. Profit shares from autonomous bot strategies post here too.

What CerebroChain inherits from established WMS practice

  • Drone-based 3D warehouse mapping — flight planner with lawnmower / spiral / perimeter patterns; photogrammetry pipeline.
  • Browser-native voice picking — SpeechRecognition with MCP fallback, wired into the picking flow.
  • Browser-native barcode scanning — BarcodeDetector API in receiving, picking, cycle counts.
  • AI-suggested slotting — proposed moves with rationale, on the slotting + putaway pages.
  • AI demand forecasting — per-SKU + per-warehouse, with anomaly explanations in plain language.
  • Real-time cross-domain data flows — single WebSocket consumer pattern; vehicle + shipment + exception updates fan out to every subscriber.
  • Offline-first IndexedDB sync — picker / receiver / driver shells survive reconnect with conflict resolution.
  • RBAC + audit log — compliance baseline; every mutation recorded, including Cerebrix-mediated ones.
  • Bulk operations + customizable filters — multi-select across inventory + shipments; cmd-K palette absorbs fuzzy search.
  • CSV / Excel import-export with smart-merge — 95% column-name inference for spreadsheet uploads.
  • Push + email + in-app notifications — per-channel preferences live in Settings → Preferences.
  • i18n locale support — language preference in Settings → Profile.
