The eight operational hubs
Each hub is built to be the right thing to look at when an operator opens that route. No vanity dashboards, no tile wallpaper, no stoplight color theater.
Inbox
The front door: your triage queue. Late deliveries from your own delivery records land here, grouped by category and sorted by severity.
Inventory
Master list of every SKU, every level, every ABC bucket, every cycle count. Bulk operations across selections and a virtualized table that scrolls 20k rows without lag.
Inbound
ASN intake → receiving → putaway. Camera barcode scanning runs in the browser (Chrome on Android, ChromeOS and macOS; elsewhere, type the code), so there's no handheld app to install.
Outbound
Picking → packing → shipping → manifests. Voice picking and barcode scanning are browser-native, not bolt-on add-ons. Labels cost the carrier's price plus a $1.00 fee, paid from prepaid credits.
Fleet
Vehicles, drivers, maintenance windows — the fleet your dispatch board draws from.
Routes
Planning → dispatch → tracking → carriers. Live parcel rates from UPS, USPS, and FedEx; late deliveries surface in the inbox.

Cerebrix is the AI layer that sits on every operational page, with a conversation drawer one click away in the header. It's a capability, not the centerpiece. New tenants land on the Inbox, not on a chatbot.
On every page — collapsed default
A slim "Ask Cerebrix about this view" trigger sits above every operational list. Click it to expand; Cerebrix starts from the page you're on. Power users flip Settings → Preferences → Expand Cerebrix suggestions by default and never collapse it again.
Changes wait for your approval
Cerebrix runs read-only lookups on its own. Anything that would change your data lands as a proposal with an "Approve" button, and nothing changes until you click it.
The conversation drawer
Open it from the header on any page. Your threads follow your account from device to device.
Onboarding — guided, and skippable
A new workspace opens a short Cerebrix walk-through: your first warehouse, a first SKU, a carrier. Skip it any time; the banner on the Inbox brings it back.
What CerebroChain inherits from established WMS practice
- Demand forecasting — per-SKU forecasts, days of cover and stockout dates from your own order history, in the Claude connector.
- Audit log — inventory, order, label, sign-in and API key changes recorded with who made them, from where and when.
- Bulk operations + customizable filters — multi-select across inventory + shipments; cmd-K palette absorbs fuzzy search.
- Browser-native voice picking — SpeechRecognition, wired into the picking flow: say "confirm" to confirm the pick.
- Browser-native barcode scanning — the BarcodeDetector API in receiving and picking (Chrome on Android, ChromeOS and macOS; elsewhere, type the code).
- CSV / Excel import with smart-merge — spreadsheet columns matched to fields for you; scheduled CSV exports by email.
